3ccat Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules Clear Terms for Malaysian Players

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the 3ccat online platform, accessible via our official website. This Agreement is between you ("Member" or "User") and 3ccat ("Platform", "We", "Us"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature on the 3ccat platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by this Agreement.

3ccat is committed to providing a transparent and fair betting environment for all Malaysian players. These terms are written in Bahasa Malaysia to aid understanding — however, if you are unclear about the meaning of any clause, please contact the 3ccat support team for clarification before continuing to use the platform.

These Terms & Conditions were last amended in January 2026. 3ccat reserves the right to update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Member Eligibility

To register and use the 3ccat platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• Must be at least 18 years at the time of registration and throughout your membership.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in Malaysia.
• Not listed on any exclusion or self-exclusion list under any recognised responsible gaming program.
• Register under your own name and not on behalf of anyone else.
• Not acting as an agent, broker, or representative of any other entity when using the 3ccat platform.

3ccat uses an age verification system during the registration process. If a member is found to have registered while under 18 years of age, the account will be terminated immediately and all funds within the account will be forfeited. This is a non-negotiable child protection policy that applies without exception under any circumstances.

3. Account Registration & Member Responsibilities

When registering a 3ccat account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name as shown on your Malaysian identification card, an active phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in your account being terminated.

You are solely responsible for keeping your 3ccat account password confidential. 3ccat will never ask for your password through any communication channel — if anyone claims to be a 3ccat staff member and requests your password, do not share it and report the incident to our support team immediately.

Any activity carried out on your account using the correct login credentials is considered to have been performed by you, unless you have reported a loss of account access to 3ccat before that activity took place. 3ccat is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

3ccat accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all of which are local Malaysian options:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• GrabPay
• Boost
• ShopeePay
• DuitNow
• FPX Online Banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other FPX-supported banks)

The minimum deposit is RM10 for most payment methods. Deposits are credited to your 3ccat account within three minutes of a successful transaction. If your deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, please contact 3ccat's support team with proof of transaction for prompt investigation.

All deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name. 3ccat does not accept third-party deposits — funds received from sources that cannot be matched to the member's identity will be frozen and returned subject to verification procedures. All currency on the 3ccat platform is in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

5. Withdrawing Winnings

Winnings withdrawn from your 3ccat account are processed within 15 minutes for accounts that have completed full identity verification (KYC). For first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding certain thresholds, additional identity verification may be required — this is a standard security procedure that protects your funds from unauthorised access.

All 3ccat members must comply with the following withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account registered in your own name.
• Any bonus received must meet the specified rollover requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM20 for all methods.
• Daily withdrawal limits depend on your VIP tier — from RM5,000 per day at Bronze level up to no limit at Diamond level.

3ccat reserves the right to suspend or decline a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other breaches of terms currently under investigation. In such cases, 3ccat will notify the member and provide a reasonable period for them to submit the required information.

6. Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

3ccat offers a range of promotions including a 100% Welcome Bonus of up to RM100 for new members, 5% Weekly Cashback, 0.8% Live Casino Rebate, and a five-tier VIP programme. Each promotion has its own specific terms and conditions, set out separately on the Promotions.

General rollover conditions that apply to all 3ccat bonuses:

• Rollover is calculated based on total stake value — not on profit or loss.
• All major game types (Live Casino, Sports Betting, Table Games, Lottery) count toward rollover unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses must be used within the specified validity period — expired bonuses will be removed from your account.
• Only one deposit bonus may be active at any one time.
• 3ccat reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Members found to be abusing the promotions system — including opening multiple accounts or colluding with other members to manipulate bonuses — will forfeit all related bonuses and winnings.

7. Game Rules

3ccat offers a wide range of game categories including Sports Betting, Live Casino, Table Games, Lottery, Live Matches, Cricket, and E-Sports. Each category has its own specific rules available in the relevant section of the 3ccat platform. General rules that apply across all categories are as follows:

• All bets are considered final once confirmed by the 3ccat system. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after confirmation, unless the Cash Out feature is available and used before the final result.
• In the event of a technical failure occurring during a match or gaming session, 3ccat reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the stake to the member's account. 3ccat's decision in such cases is final.
• Odds and lines offered on 3ccat are based on current market conditions and are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time you click will be applied to your bet, subject to availability at the point of confirmation.
• For Sports Betting and live matches, 3ccat uses official results from the relevant sports governing body as the basis for bet settlement. If the official result changes after the initial settlement — for example, due to an appeal or official review — 3ccat will revise the settlement in line with the final result issued.

8. Prohibited Conduct on the 3ccat Platform

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of account balance:

• Fraud & Money Laundering: Using the 3ccat platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other illegal activity.
• System Manipulation: Attempting to exploit software bugs, system vulnerabilities, or odds errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Unauthorised Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or any multiplayer game.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in any game on 3ccat.
• Promotion Abuse: Opening multiple accounts or using other means to claim bonuses more than once or beyond the set limits.
• False Information: Providing false identity, payment, or personal information during registration or the KYC verification process.

3ccat employs a real-time fraud detection system. Any account displaying suspicious activity patterns may be temporarily frozen for investigation without prior notice. During the investigation period, 3ccat may request the member to provide additional verification documents.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

Members may close their 3ccat account at any time by contacting the support team at support@3ccat.net. Prior to closure, all eligible balances not subject to outstanding bonus rollover requirements will be settled in accordance with the policy in effect at that time.

3ccat reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice in the event of:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Instructions from the relevant authorities.
• Member-initiated requests through the responsible gaming self-exclusion program.

In the event of account termination due to a terms violation, 3ccat reserves the right to forfeit all balances, including winnings obtained through the violating activity. 3ccat's decision in such matters is final, subject to an internal appeals process that may be initiated within 30 days of the termination date.

10. Limitation of Liability

3ccat provides the betting platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suited to the specific needs of every member. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law:

• 3ccat is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of opportunity or anticipated profits.
• 3ccat's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• 3ccat is not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including network outages, third-party server failures, or natural disasters.

11. Amendments & Governing Law

3ccat reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least seven days before taking effect. For minor amendments, notice may be given solely through an update to this page.

Continued use of the 3ccat platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, please stop using the platform and contact us to arrange an orderly account closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to 3ccat's internal dispute resolution process before any formal legal proceedings are considered.
